My experience with Made in the Shade and the owner/operator, Lana, was stress-free and pleasant which equates to a terrific experience overall. Lana was prompt to respond to my request for an estimate and to come to my house to measure and talk through options. She was not pushy with trying to up-sell me but would tactfully offer helpful suggestions. The price was reasonable, and I’m very pleased with the result.
