Lana was the most professional person. She was so attentive to listening to what we wanted and offered excellent advice without trying to upsell our needs. She took care of some small things even after we had paid in full. We compared stories with another one of her customers, and she was consistent with them. She treats everyone the same regardless of the size of the order. With great customer service lacking in most companies these days, it was so refreshing to have someone Ike her restore a little faith that there are people out there that care about doing a fantastic job.
