Lana is so pleasant & makes process flawless; Brian is meticulous in his measurements & installations. We have purchased gorgeous Norman Shutters thru ‘Made in the Shade Blinds North DFW’ for 80% of our home (most recent rooms installed 12/28/23 … only 2 rooms left to go! There are only positives to purchasing Norman Shutters! Amazing how they “finish off” the look of each room (classy!). BTW: we feel they will definitely add value to our home when we decide to sell.
