During the consultation we bring product samples to your home so you can see colors, fabrics, and materials in your own lighting and décor. We will also discuss your goals for privacy, light control, style, and budget. There is no cost and no obligation to schedule a consultation.

Do I need to measure my windows before contacting you?
No. You do not need to measure anything. During the consultation we take rough measurements so we can provide accurate pricing. If you decide to move forward, our professional installer will return to take precise final measurements before the order is placed to ensure a perfect fit.

Do you provide installation?

How long does it take to receive my window treatments?
Lead times vary depending on the product selected.
Most custom blinds and shades are typically ready within 3–6 weeks after final measurements are taken and the order is placed.
Plantation shutters can take up to 8 weeks due to the custom manufacturing process.
Once your order arrives, our installer will contact you to schedule professional installation.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Most window treatments include manufacturer limited lifetime warranties covering defects in materials
or workmanship.
In addition, we provide a 1-year warranty on installation to ensure everything operates properly after
installation.
If service is needed during the first year due to an installation issue, we will correct it at no charge. After the first year, warranty service may still be available but a standard trip charge will apply for service visits.
Can blinds and shades be motorized?
Yes. Many window treatments can be motorized for convenience and modern living.
